copying more than 1 dvd to dvdr

What do I need if I want to put 2 or 3 DVDs on to 1 DVDR and have a menu to know which one I'll clicking on? A straigforward guide or program would help. thanks

There are many ways to do what you wish. In order, what you need to do:
A) Rip each movie to your HD, I would use Smartripper.
B)Re-encode so that each movie is about 1/3 of a DVD, I would use DVD2Avi to frameserve to TMPGEnc. Using 2-pass VBR and 352x480 resolution you should be able to get good results, up to 5 hrs on a disk.
C) Author and burn to disk with menus, I use TMPGEnc DVD Author.
