Not sure if this has been posted yet, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I looked through and tried many guides on this site and had mixed results. The easiest way I found to do this conversion was using DIKO. Just set the standard to PAL or NTSC (whatever you want the output to be). If it is the opposite standard it will be converted as part of the process. I was able to do 2, 3 hour movies with out sync issues. I hope this helps those who were having the same difficulty that I was.
