I recently got a Samsung TS-H552B but am unable to write more than 3.87GB on any of the DVD-Rs I have. All the software I have tried using (Windows XP, the pinnacle software that came with it and Nero) have detected the DVD as 3.87GB instead of 4.3GB and refuse to even try and burn more than this onto the disk. I updated the firmware to the latest version (TS06) but no change.
I there something obvious I have missed. I've tried searching the fourm and google but can't find anything.
Thanks for any help.
