First and foremost, kudos to the original posters that came up with the method of bypassing the Sony ARccOS copy protection on Resident Evil : Apocalypse using VOBBlanker and DVD Shrink.
It did have me stumped for awhile when DVDDecrypter and DVD Shrink by themself wouldn't do the great job they normally do.
I'd rather not quote the thread I got the info from here, as not to take away from the original poster incase I was reading older threads, but you know who you are and the idea worked great!

Non the less, I've heard that Sony's ARccOS type 4 (and possibily higher versions) have been applied to approx 30 Region 1 (prolly tons more R2) dvds and wonder if anyone has a list or can contribute to a list of current movies using this protection as for now?
I know alot of software is catching up and bypassing this (basically from the git go) but it might be useful for others to know what movies others have found using this protection, thus saving them a few mins wondering why their older software won't back up the newest releases.
So far I've merely found Resident Evil : Apocalypse and Open Range (both R1, being in the US) to have incorporated the new Sony protection scheme.
Thanks!
Sabro

Having AnyDVD 4.4.1.1 beta (Jan 03, 2005) enabled was the only thing that worked for me. VobBlanker did not work for me last night on Little Black Book.

I can copy RE:2 (widescreen) no problem using DVD Shrink, but I can only copy the full-frame version of LBB.
None of my DVD player (standalones) can play the WS version of LBB but can play the FF version no problem.
Any patch from DVD Shrink to counter this problem?
