Pegasys Inc customer support - good, bad, or indifferent?

I bought a copy of TMPGenc DVD Author earlier last year. Last week, my computer crashed and I had to reinstall everything. Unfortunately, the crash wiped out the email that contains the AC3 license number!

I've sent an email to Pegasys, but haven't gotten a reply. Has anyone had this happen? Was Pegasys helpful at all?

You are probably out of luck. I purchased recently and found that this statement in my license e-mail sounded rather final:

"!ATTENTION! We do not re-issue license serial number. For this reason, we advise you to copy on a CDR, a floppy or print your license serial number and save it in a safe place."

Well, I got the keys in an email today! The company rep was very nice about the whole thing.
