I got my new R200 Epson printer, got it all hooked up and printed about 3-4 disks and it worked as advertised, good job. Then it began to refuse to take the tray, it would go in about 1/2 inch, hum a few seconds and kick the tray out, giving me a message that the tray was not loaded propery and to reinstall and press the paper key. It would do this time after time. I sent an email to Epson support, but after looking at everything 3-4 times and over two days I noticed the short clear plastic fingers on the front of the tray were bent down slightly, I straightened them out and the thing works like a champ again. Maybe this will save someone a little frustration if it happens to them. Its works great now.
