  1. Not sure if that has been covered before but I looked around for a bit and saw nothing. I am recording some of my old music videos that I have on tape and transferring them to DVD's. I thought it would be a cool idea if I could put the album of whatever band it is (Sepultura) as an extra on the disc. Anyone ever tried this before or have any idea how I could go about it?

  2. There are a couple of ways to add additional audio-only tracks to a DVD.
Depending on which software/method you use, you will have to encode the audio and video to DVD-ready material or just the audio.

You can use TMPEG to encode each audio track (use a 720x480 black bitmap for the video track) to MPEG2 audio and video. Set your video bitrate really low to minimize diskspace used by the video portion of your files.

In TMPEG DVD Author, load each of the MPEG2 videos into the same title and each of the videos will automatically become a chapter.
So just create the main movie and the music-only video and make a menu entry that points to each. The movie will play with video and the music will have a black background.
