Hi,
I was searching for a cheap TBC, and I found the list of features of this card at the Avermedia site.
I've read that this card has a built-in TBC. Is It true? Can it help me with my dropped frames trouble when capturing old PAL VHS tapes ?
If not, could you please tell me the cheapest alternative (with TBC) or the cheapest TBC and where to buy ?
Thank you in advance
NOTE: I've read a post about this card here, but it seems that the TBC thing was not critical then (he was capturing directly from tv signal)
