  1. How Do I Stream a WMV? I uploaded it to my site, but it downloads it just as if it were a standard movie (like an mpeg). How do I stream it?

    Thanks!

I believe you have to both encode it for streaming AND upload it to a server capable of streaming.

Is it already encoded for streaming if it's in the WMV format?

Also, please excuse my ignorance, but I know I've read about something called http streaming, which is what I'm trying to do. Stream from a server that's not streaming specific (as those are expensive).

No. Has to specifically say "for streaming".

    Sorry, never heard of that.
