You need to output from your videocard's TV-out to a VCR's input. Make sure you keep it fullscreen while you record. Then later recapture it by going in through your DV cam's analog inputs. I had a whole tape full of streams that I didn't even bother recapturing. Just watched them on the TV. Use VHS only if you are capturing average streams that come in around 320x240. If they are HD... I don't know how to help you.

Try Net Transport. I've used it to capture WMV and Real streams.
