Hey I was just wondering if anyone here has put the new Star Wars Trailer on SVCD? Not the crappy ones on the web, but "Mystery"....if you haven't you need to. I have a Sony S-560D and let me tell you it looks amazing...I have read on this site that .mov converts well to (S)VCD, but damn! The .mov file is 12 meg....the .mpg I encoded was 23 meg...and the thing looks fantastic!

I converted the three trailers to my WS VCD format and they look great. I also did the R2D2: Beneath the Dome TV Promo and Part 1. I use Kazaa, so if you are interested in these...you might just seem them available.

i have downloaded a few episode 2 trailers and from what i can tell they are fake. one of them has that dude from Titanic in it. that one is definatly a fake. another one has a bunch of jedi's running in a field. its a sceen from bravehart with the sabers added. it also looks like some clips from the star wars site that were put together with background music. maybe i'll get lucky sometime and get official trailer.........

there are three offical trailers that can be obtained.
Breathing
Mystery
Forbidden Love
Breathing and Forbidden love you can download normally, but you need quicktime pro to view the large version.
To see mystery you must have your Phantom Menace dvd in a dvd-rom drive and a certain html viewer installed.
i got them all and converted to SVCD i used ntsc cause the resolution was close to that setting.
