I have some DV footage where the operator kept turning the camera because she thought she was taking portrait-style footage (I think). I cut up the avi and used the rotate filter in VDub to fix the sideways clips. However, I'm having trouble putting it back together again. I rejoined the clips in Ulead, which is how I captured it, and on the sideways clips, Ulead stretches the shot so that everyone looks fat. I then tried rejoining them in VDub, but it said that they were incompatible data formats.
Does anyone know how to get them joined without having the sideways clips stretched? When I view them before trying to join, they are simply cropped. That is how I would like them to appear.
