dvd 9 to dvd 5

hi

just backed up my own movie using dvdx copy this read the dvd and burned when viewing this on the dvd there is a notice saying this is a back up copy with studio 123 on, this took all the other parts of the movie, subtitles and the rest and only left the movie. has this not used a (shrink) tool to reduce and just burned the movie? is there another program to do the whole prosses in one? which will do the whole and shrink?

While I don't rate dvdxcopy, I thought it was able to do the entire DVD and not just the main title. That backup screen is just too comical

I personally think that steptoe's guide is as good as any. Take a look, download the free programs and follow the guide as written.

FWIW, it would be fair to assume that you haven't checked the guides, looked through the tools section, noticed the "DVD Backup" link to your left, done a forum search or done a google search. If you had have done any or all of these, you would have found out about DVDShrink, DVD2One & CloneDVD at the very least, and maybe even some of the more involved methods such as re-encoding.
