DVD - > DVD-R

This is odd. I have an Apex AD600 and a Walllmart Venturer ST75S. Out of about 50 DVDs I've made only 3 will play on the Wallmart one. while the rest are ok on the Apex. Bot machines have been hacked for SVCD or whatever. Of the 3 that work they're 2 different brands of DVDRs, the same 2 brands i've pretty much been sticking with, Kodak and Maxwell. I have a benq 1620 by the way. I"ve looked at the DIR structure on these 3 and they seem the same as all the others. I've used the same software, Shrink and DVDRemake to convert with and cannot figure out why these 3 work??? Anyone got some ideas?

Most interesting! I've reburned a DVD (kill bill 1) that wouldn't play on the walmart and now it does!!! The only thing I can think thats different is Nero. Am using 6.6.0 Ultra............hmmm......do I bother to convert the rest now? The only reason I care about the walmart is that its a home theater with progressive scan.
