How to recombine a split dvd-9 and still keep menus??

I have a movie that was a dvd9 and was split to 2 disks. the first disc has the menu and the second doesnt. I used dvdremake to combine the pgc's of both disks but i cant figure out how to get the movie to jump to the first pgc of the second disc once the first finishes its last one. for example, chapter 22 is the last on disc 1 but when it finishes, it doesnt jump to chapter 23....but if i skip to chapter 23 it plays the correct pgc orignally from the disc2 of the split. so i guess i just cant seem to link chapter 22 to chapter 23. if i can get this to work, then i will edit the scene selection menu to fix those points.

I use DVD-FAB, it copies the menus to both DVD-Rs. There's a guide for it. Click on the HOW-TO Guides on the left corner of this website.
