Supermedia Store always this bad?

Ok I ordered 500 Ridata (Ritek) G05 DVD-R **HUB** printable and I waited a week to get them running low for a client and now I get them and they are Stacking RING regular inkjet printable.. GRRR!!

First time I used these guys because of so many people using them here. Rima or Meritline never sent me or advertised wrong media.. so now it looks like I am without my money for atleast two weeks until they get these back and issue a refund. I normally give a company one chance but most time its not on the first ordered placed to screw it up.

Man I am hurting for media now..

Yeah, that sucks. I understand that mistakes happen but I also understand the need to get the RIGHT product at the RIGHT time.

Imagine I need to a large number of discs for my business and I get sent the wrong item, then I am screwed. Two weeks might be too long a time for me to wait. Since a lot of people on this forum actually have businesses where they need to burn DVDRs, I wonder how they deal with such a sitaution.

Ouch... They've always been *SUPER* fast to correct errors with me in the past..hope you have the same luck. =)

I will let you know the out come. They are sending me a return label to atleast ship them back but I think I am going to have to order elsewhere to get them sooner then waiting for ground to cali and back.

We just checked the item in our warehouse and the Ritek G05 8X DVD-R white inkjet printable media are really "hub printable". I have no idea why the discs you received are not "hub printable". So please return those discs to us so we can find out what is going wrong. That would be very helpful for us to improve our services. I have attached image for the Ritek Ridata 8X DVD-R white inkjet hub printable.

Ya those are the ones I needed... funny thing is the labels on the spindels match the invoice which states hub printable. So it got me worried .. I do need those hub printables still tho.. I will let you all know how it gets handled.
