Ask Babyboo to format a hard drive or encode some MPEG Video and she can probably do it... but I would guess that, on occassion, she has opted for the shoe and knife for some home maintenance. And duck!

I should have waited....I bought my wife the Ryobi version last year:

Maybe there will be a better Milwaukee version for 2005/06 Christmas season....

I lost my favorite pair of needle-nosed pliers to a family member who used it to loosen a lug nut or some other large job ...the pointed tips take a left turn now, and they don't meet up anymore

Back to the topic - Wouldn't it be funny to find out that babyboo hasn't been posting much because she's been busy lapping the valves in her vintage '70 426 Hemi Cuda for the drag strip meet next weekend?

This is another one of those 'hidden images' things isn't it? Or is this one where you look for the compressor and something jumps out at you?

  19. Well...a lot of hoopla for a lack luster response...sorry guys. While I do know the difference between hammers, screwdrivers, footware and basic cutlery, my knowledge is somewhat limited to the basics....

I do like garden tools and can find my way around a tool bench enough to stop a leaky faucet, and I even used to change the oil in my car regularly. While I know which tool belongs in which drawer I don't go out of my way to make my own repairs. If my husband can do it then great, otherwise we hire someone.

Thanks for the cool gift though...it's the thought that counts.

Also...things have been crazy at work and home of late which is why I haven't been around much

To my fellow posters in the states...Happy Thanksgiving in advance
No, I'm from Iowa. I only work in outer space.

Yes. Sadly, most of us here had been clinging to the hope that babyboo's picture was really of her and her brother, and that she just said it was her husband because she knows she's a soft touch for forum-dwelling geeks.

Now we know that she's indeed married, and that she is also a forum-dwelling geek like us. Sad ....but cool too Sad for the single OTPWs who thought she might actually date one of us peripheral-pounders, but cool for those of us who have already clamped on the ball and chain
    ...ermmmm ....gotten married

You're better looking than any female that most of these guys would ever have the guts to talk to in person...so no need to apologize.

would that be faucet as in a real faucet? or is "faucet" symbolism for something else? Careful now...hopes and dreams ride on your answer

That sucks, hope you have a nice thanksgiving.

<and to all you judgemental fucks reading this and passing judgement on Northcat. Be advised, Babyboo knows it is just in fun and I'm only teasing her and if she is not offended then why don't you mind your own ******* business>
