Quenc command line for compliant SVCD?

Hi,

Encoding from AVS file with Quenc to SVCD format. I get an MPG file which plays in media player fine but Nero says is non compliant stream encoding for SVCD. If I ignore the warning and burn the CD it plays in my standalone DVD player. I used Quenc:
quenc -i file.avs -o file.mpg -b 1550 -maxbitrate 2300 -1 -mpeg2 -hq -vbr -audiocodec mp2 -audiobitrate 192 -auto -close
GSpot also says it is "already SVCD format".
Can I change anything to make Nero accept it? Do I need to?

GOP length and audio sampling rate?

It might be either of the two, notably the former.
