    i want to limit more the privilige of the Guest account in my XP...

    i want it that when someone logon to the Guest account they will not be able to use windows explorer or browse my Hard Disks (and be able to browse my Gig of porn collection )
    and also will not be able to launch certain applicantions or program....how can i do this?
    hacking the Net using typewriter :D

    Since you want to take away the basic functions you may as well disable the Guest account.

    If you still want people to login and your disks are NTFS you can right click on the directory or files and select 'Sharing & Security' and set it up so that only you and the administrator has access to the resource, but be careful not to lock yourself out.

    the "make this folder private" is grayed out...can't check it or tick it...do i need to enable file sharing for this?

    Yes, and to be able to use the advanced file security options you'll need to switch your system to advanced file-sharing mode.

    In any explorer window select 'Tools' -> 'Folder Options' -> 'View', and in the 'Advancd settings:' list make sure that 'Use simple file sharing' is not ticked, this should release the options you need.
