Hey i have 1 file from a cd that i cant get to play on my computer. How do i get it to play? i guess it a cd audio file. its one freaking song

Hello,
You can use gspot or avicodec to find out what type of audio it is.
Try lamemp3 if it's mp3. Do you have windows media player???
You could also try zoom player or winamp.

Yes it was copied from a cd disk so it a cd audio file. the extension acutally say track14.cda

how big is that track14.cda file, if its small then it seems like you just copied the cda off of the cd when you should of ripped the track off the CD
use cdex to rip the track off the cd
when you view a cd on your pc it only shows the cda files which are like index files, these point to the actual audio file on the cd. -
Hey thats what he did he copied the file instead of ripping it. i dont have the cd so i cant rerip it.

What you copied was basicaly a bookmark to the location on the CD where the song started. There is no audio information in that file. You will need to get the original CD again.
