What sort of glitches ?
I don't understand this line "its not the media iam using as i play the movie when its loaded into the hard drive first"
To me, this reads that you test the ripped movie on the HDD before buring, and it is OK, therefore it can't be the media at fault. If this is the case, then the sentence makes no sense. Even if you test the burned disk in the PC before playing it in the stand alone, you are not guaranteed of getting a perfect outcome on the stand alone. Some PC readers are much better readers than stand alones, so a light burn might read OK in the PC, and not in a stand alone. Similarly, poor media might read better in the PC and not the stand alone.
What media are you using ?Read my blog here.

I to also have had glitches but not with dvd decrypter. I got them when I used ANYDVD and IC8 or DVD2ONE but I do not think. What I did to fix the problem I still used ANYDVD but with www.dvdshrink.org make your disc region free.

If you have glitches when you play back from the ripped files on your hard drive, it either means that the rip was bad or that you are playing it back wrong.
If the rip was bad, then nothing you can do will fix it. You have to correct the problem and re-rip it. Correcting the problem can range from cleaning the disk to using different software to replacing your hardware.
To play back correctly, make sure you are using a software player and playing the DVD back as a DVD. If you play VOB files directly, there is a good chance you'll see all number of 'glitches'.
