I'm looking into having a DVD-5 replicated. (I know the difference between duplicating and replicating.) Are there any replication houses that offer decent rates for runs of approximately 200-300, or even fewer?

Check out Disk Makers. I know they'll do as few as 300 (though per each it's a whole lot cheaper to do 500 or 1000).
