  1. Ok I think this is a unique question that is not posted anywhere else....umm...I been trying a whole bunch of different programs to try to make this work . Currently Im using TMPgenc Express in order to compensate for overscaning I have cropped it to 608x456 then resizing to 304x228 and i think that has worked because the output file looks like the correct amount of black bars has been added...so Ive been trying to burn it with Nero, Imgtool, dvdsanta, tmpgenc but the disc that comes out looks exactly like dvd file with no conversion for overscanning...Is the output file correct? or is the burning tool coverting it somehow?.....OR is there another way to do this of that using Virtualdub which gives me audiosync problems? I really think this is a unique problem but if not can someone direct me to the correct information? thanks a lot for the help.
