  1. She's part Chow and, I think, Australian Shepherd. Someone abandon her at my bosses ranch and his niece saved her from the coyotes and I'm a sucker for a puppy. She looks like a Hyena...

  2. At first Max didn't like her at all, but now they get along and even when they are rough housing Max's is really gental with her.

    First of all, congratulations!

    My family found this exact same thing between our dogs. At first, Bracken (the older one) didn't like the puppy at all, but now has accepted her more-or-less. She's also fairly gentle during playfights, but gets a bit too rough when overexcited. Not exactly hard to excite a Spaniel, though...

    What's her name?

    the same happen with my dogs, Rusty, the older one, didnt like Bloo but now their great friends and Rusty will step up to protect Bloo anyday, i'm sure Max will do the same for her.
