my question is how do i make a dvd movie with switchable subtitles?

use a dvd author tool with switchable subtitle support like ulead dvd workshop, dvd-lab pro(they have built in subtitle editor) or use a free tool like dvdauthorgui(make/edit the subs in subtitle workshop and then import in dvdauthorgui)
