    Hopefully I drew some attention. I saw this video card: MSI's mx400pro -vt32s (8833) for $99. MSI's website didn't have much to say about this and didn't return my request for more information. I want to know if it can capture at 30 fps and at full resolution (ntsc 720X480 etc. ) like the salesman swears it can. If you have this thing please let me know what you think of it. IS it just wonderful or horrible. Does it really capture video like the salesman says. It's awfully inexpensive if it does all that.
