I want to creat a picture album for my brother to view on his DVD player. I checked out the 'howto' section here and got some idea on how to do it.

The thing is, none of the software mentioned on this site is free. It talks about making photo albums with ULEAD DVD Picture Show, WinOnCD, Nero, and some more.. I don't have any of this software!

DVD Pictureshow is downloadable, so that's okay. But what about Win On CD? Is this discontinued software? I normally use linux as my OS, so I am not familliar with any windows CD burning software.

Can anyone tell me where I can download Win On CD 3.8? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
