SCCA made the official announcement yesterday:

So a big "**** you" to the twats that ran hiding with their tails between their legs after ONE tragic season in probably the past 15-20 years. I hope Rally America gets their shit together and puts the SCCA to shame. Meanwhile I've gotta get the hell out of this country. No rally? Bullshit, why am I still here?![]()

It's interesting, but they always got crap shots and zoom into trees with the camera fairly often. Also, How many Rally cars do you see exceeding 200MPH for a lengthy period of time. Rally is more fun to do than to watch. It's like volleyball and tennis. What they need is an Anna Kournikova for Rally Racing. That might bring a good draw.

Isn't British Columbia part of Canada? If not, what country is it? -
I know people that live in Toronto that don't admit they're Canadians. Some hatred towards the French I think. I think the only people the French Canadians can associate with are in Louisiana.
The rest all enjoy being a quiet, but large state living off the benefits of being a separate country.
It's that or they are all acting friendly so they can invade us later on. Slowly infiltrating us with spies and then, BAM, were all saying "eh" at the end of every statement and always pronouncing the letter "U" in it's long vowel form. -
*snip*
Rally America will be taking on responsibility for rally here in the States. I'm not holding my breath that they can just take it over at once but since they're based here in the Twin Cities I'll be doing whatever I can to help them out.
Oh and my SCCA membership is done. Drop us like that and don't expect me to stick around
