Hello i usually using verbatim media. Earlier I used som 2X printable verbatims but now i use som 4X blank (some text on) media.
I noticed that the new ones state version 2,0 on the box and older ones states 1,0. what is the difference on the revisions, ive seen this on other media too??

The revision numbers simply have to do with burning speed. DVD-R Rev 2.0 is 4x or 8x.

Strange as I today recieved some Rev1.0 media (verbatim -r) that are cerified for 8X (media code MCC 02RG20)
So Revision can't be all about speed. -
I think the DVD Forum people can explain it better than I can: http://www.dvdhs.com/usa.html
