  1. Anyone having problems applying coupons to their order?
    I tried 2 different ProDisc orders that had coupons and both would not let me apply them. Did everything short of installing a new web browser.

    I also sent them 2 emails, guess they don't read and reply to them, because they didn't reply to mine

    Just ordered 100 4X Prodisc white inkjets for $34 +s/h

    They don't sell ProDiscs and their Riteks are way too expensive

    I've had trouble with SUPERMEDIASTORE coupons too. All I did was enter notes in that "comments" field (or whatever it was) when making the order. They've always fixed it.

    I talked with somebody there on the phone about it once. I was told it was a site error, and they fix them as they find them. Seems reasonable to me. No harm, no foul.

    Just follow up on it. Don't let it slide, then be all pissed off. Call them calmly (or e-mail, post forums, etc), and they should fix it.

    Plus your credit card company will always help you if they don't. Just keep good documents and print off the screens.
