  1. I have included a url to a snapshot of a single frame from a capture I did with my Wintv Go card, this interference occurs at any resolution over 352 x 288. What is it and how can I stop it happening. I have tried moving the card to another slot. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated from all you video experts.

    Supersonic,

This is not interference. It's probabaly due to your codec settings to high
or MB issues whith your chipset/bios/video card, etc.

You need to run more tests, but you shouldn't be getting this at those
    small res.

What codec are you using for this capture?

Others may be able to helpu here. But, I know I've had this whenever I
had too high a resolution or filters, or too many apps opened, etc., etc.
