I have a Panasonic DVD recorder and when I was editing inadvertently erased
a portion of what I wanted to keep. It is on a RAM disk so I am sure it is
like a hard drive in that even though you erased it the data is actually
still there it is just that the data is now marked as being erased. Is there
any programs out there that anyone knows of that would allow me to recover
that data. Nothing has been added or erased from the RAM disk since doing
this so it should still be there.
Thanks

NOt sure about it's RAM abilities but the PAY version of ISOBuster might do the trick. I once used DVDDecrypter to see data that I had flagged as "deleted"...but that was on a DVDR.

I've used a few of those recovery apps and I'm pretty sure the I used the one linked above. They work good on a HD, not sure about a disc. Don't see whay they wouldn't. Good Luck.
