My television market does not carry Roswell, and I'm wanting to d/l episodes from usenet to burn VCD's to view. Unfortunately, I don't know the first thing about d/l these files with a Mac, how to create something that can be turned into a file that can be burned to a VCD for viewing. My efforts to find tutorials and the like have been unsuccessful. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

generally speaking
,
- to access usenet, you need a newsreader, the best one for mac is thoth (OS9 and OSX)
- to convert .RAR files into a .BIN file you can simply drop the first file (named .rar or .r00) onto Stuffit Expander.
- if the .BIN is a VCD, you can directly burn it with Toast Titanium.
