Can anyone please offer some advice as dvdsanta are not replying to my emails.
When I click on create dvd, I get the error message; dvdsanta has encountered an error and needs to close!!
I have tried reinstalling.
One time after lots of tries it did finally work, but now I'm not having any luck.
It did originally work when I first got it.
Any advice gratefully rec'd

Installed any new and exciting codec/codec packs lately?
/Mats -
What I'm gettin at is: Have you installed any video related software (codecs, mostly) somewhere between "works" and "doesn't work"? 'Specially codec packs are prone to wreck havoc with encoders and other video software.

Sorry,I'm with you now. No I haven't installed anything. I got it to work again yesterday. Thats what is so frustrating about it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. As far as I'm aware I'm not doing anything different each time. Thanks Mats.

the reason they wont reply to you is that when you tell them about errors, problems etc,you have to send off 2 files, the log,and another one.
it tells you what to do on there website.
