    Hi, i'm looking for a fast AVI (divx) to MPG (vcd NTSC) conversion tool....i LOVE TMPGenc but it's too SLOW....waiting 2 hours + for a 1 hour and 30 min movie to convert to MPG is crazy.....if u know a faster conversion tool from AVI (divx) to MPG (vcd NTSC) plz tell me now!!

    Try Ligos LSX Mpeg Encoder or Xing Mpeg Encoder they are both very fast but doesnt have the same quality TMPGEnc gives.
