please help!

when i burn a vcd with nero or anything i get this:

MPL LOADER

the dll "mplvpx.dll" cannot be loaded..
os reports:
the specified module
could not be found.

this is the first time its ever happened..can anyone help me with this..

i have a sony vaio..2.02 intel chip..60 hd with lots of room.
