  1. I have PowerDVD and ran across an upgrade called PowerDVD DX with Eaglevision video enhancement and other things. It basically turns powerdvd into something that works like Dell Media Experience. It works fine except for one annoyance, the volume resets to about half volume everytime the program is closed and re-opened later. I usually watch all my movies on full volume and it's annoying to have to turn it back up everytime. Neither the regular powerdvd or media experience does this, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to keep it from reseting.

Ive been a user of PowerDVD since version 2 and now a user of PowerDVD 5 Deluxe.

I gotta say, ive never heard of PowerDVD DX, theres no information related to it on the Cyberlink website, nor could i find any info doing a quick search on yahoo.

can you provide more info on PowerDVD DX, maybe a link.

  3. For some reason it escapes me where I got it from I was googling to see if a new version of dell media experience had been released, and came across it. If it helps it says it is PowerDVD 5.2.

Update: Here is the download page. http://www.gocyberlink.com/english/Extras/updates_index.jsp
