  3. I'm not going to do that; I'm going to post a response here. It is a public forum; posting here helps others with the same problem.

    A few things:

    1. Make sure the all of the directories and files are entirely uppercase. This is important.

    2. You may also need an "AUDIO_TS" directory.

    3. Be certain you are authoring the DVD correctly.. what DVD burning program are you using?

  4. everything is all uppercase, and there is a AUDIO_TS file too.

I'm using NERO and the Burning APP in TMPGEnc

    Nero wont complete the burn.
If i use TMPGEnc burner, it finishes the burn and i can play the first couple Titles and thats it, everything else wont play yet the clips i have of each chapter for motion play when shown.

    Thanks by the way

  8. yes i authored it
used TMPGEnc DVD Author and impoted the vob files and made a menu

the disc i have are Vanguards. when i looked them up here they seemed to be crappy disc, but a friend of mine use's them constantly to make dvd sets and has gone thru a few hundred, so anyways i went and bout some TDK dvd+rw to burn them and see if maybe the vanguards were the problem but it still happens.

    Thanks again
