  1. I dont have money for a lawyer and need to sue the union of my company for not representing me right in a case!!!! can anyone help me out ????

    Find a lawyer who will represent you on a contingency fee basis. They usually retain 33% of the judgment plus expenses

    Ask your union to provide a lawyer - that's what you pay them for...

  6. Ring up the local lawyers in your town and ask if they'd be interested in taking the case on the basis of contingency (like Cap said).

    Ring all of them though, not just the ones who advertise "no win, no fees" because generally the ones who advertise that fact aren't the best at their job.
