I dont have money for a lawyer and need to sue the union of my company for not representing me right in a case!!!! can anyone help me out ????

Ring up the local lawyers in your town and ask if they'd be interested in taking the case on the basis of contingency (like Cap said).
Ring all of them though, not just the ones who advertise "no win, no fees" because generally the ones who advertise that fact aren't the best at their job.
