Just looking at some old posts and I came across my first one.

I cross posted in three forums and then tried to argue the point. Looking at my knowledge from the start of last year it is amazing what I have learnt.
I know we all bleat on about noobs but we were all noobs once. What is the noobiest thing you have ever posted on this site.

The question suggests I've actually asked something that could be construed as intelligent...

Answer: i have to have caps on for my work -
The caps were a nice touch. Sort of "Hey looky, I'm a noob"

Russ, did you ever manage to record your VCDs to VHS? talk about a cliffhanger!

This is what first lead me to the site - https://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers
Then I hung out here and became a download junky -
https://www.videohelp.com/tools
Then I browsed the forums, but never read any rules or stickies
I found lordsmurf...and hung out on his site for a long time
Then came back here when I had trouble installing my latest capture card...and made my first post in the Computer forum...seeking help.
I encountered the same problem after finally getting it resolved the first time - still not happy with the video card being part of the motherboard on that computer
While looking around the forums, I realized this wasn't a warez site - that which I had assumed it was originally
Something 'bout DVD Hacks and Tools can be misleading.
Since then I guess I just became an annoying regular :P -
