please help me..small probelm

ok, i am usin smartripper and i have tried others as well, and they all do the same thing for me, i have some dvds and and i rip them, no problems..none get skipped, and when i go to open them, it plays the movie in the background BUT has the authors commentation in the background..
so recap- movie is playin but authors commentation in the background, hope someone can help me!! thanks

Keep in mind, that a dvd has several audio tracks.
This may happen, if you play the .vob with a software dvd player. When you going to convert the .vob to .mpg, use dvd2avi to decode and create a project file. There you can select the right audio track.

thanks for your info, ill give it a shot and see if i can fix my problem..cuz all i was doin was rippin the dvd onto my hard drive and just tryin to play it without doing anything else..so that is all i was doing, thanks
