  1. I'm using DVDMaestro to author a kdvd of the extended lotr ttt and I'm usin normal 6ch audio an the cast commentry.

I was wondering is there a way to lock a subtitle stream with the second audio stream like in the extneded version so when i'm watchin an listenin to the cast commentry it will say whos speakin (an the forced subs) an then say switch back to 6ch audio an just have the forced subs showin??

just click the forced subtitle button in each subtitle you want forced or if you want them all forced, link the forced subtitles to the menu button in the menu tab ..

kdvd is not a format , maestro authors photo disks and dvd's

  3. oh yes I forgot ppl dont like kdvd lol

so anyway, how do I say subtitle stream 2 is locked to audio stream 2 without me havin to switch to audio stream 2 an then pressin the subtitle button aswell? would like it all to happen when u press the audio button.

also I haven't that much experience with dvdmaestro, it took me 6 months to figure out what the red highlight meant when I clicked on a audio/subtilte strem number lol I am that bad hehehe.

there is at least two other ways i can think of doing this -- but above is the easiest as some methods would involve a little more work ..
