    diko.

or convert with tmpgenc or mainconcept mpeg encoder or cinemacraft encoder and author with switchable subtitles with dvd-lab pro or dvdauthorgui or gui for dvdauthor.

The simple answer to that question is Adobe Encore DVD 1.5 the prosumer grade DVD authorer.

    1.Built in mpeg2 encoder
    2.Built in ac3 encoder
    3.Built in DVD burning
4.Menu creation and motion menu renderer
5.Subtitle creation up to 24 tracks
    6.Asset calculator
7.Connection to Photoshop CS for menu editing

Its not a professional grade authorer and its certainly not a consumer grade authorer. For a Professional grade authorer try DVD Maestro or Sonic Scenarist. For a consumer grade authorer try Sonic MyDVD

  8. ulead dvd workshop might work for you, the only thing is that it doesn handle 16:9 widescreen unless you encode with tmpgenc first
