    I would like a rule about "details"

    You should be required to post some details.

    it's hard to help someone who says

    "my cd burner returned an error"

    Yeah I know. There's alot of that going around on the forum lately and being a 56k user its time consuming and hard trying to help someone out who hasn't given details. I'm sure Baldrick will add it...

    PS2 does not play VCD, SVCD, mini-dvd.

    I don't mind helping but it's impossible if they say "the cd won't burn."
