I've burnt alot of dvd's and they all have the same problem. Its almost like any black or dark scene in the movie is really choppy and movement is slowed down. I really dont know how to explain. But I've tried getting rid of extras and what not and theres still the same problem..Might it be the compression rate? or is there no possible way to get identical quality?
I used dvd shrink, dvd decrypter, dvdxcopy and others and its driving me nuts...is there something i havent installed?
please help

If you've used DVD XCopy, and put the movie on 2 discs, and STILL have this problem, then I would say you might investigate whether it's your player. DVD XCopy uses IDENTICAL quality, and NO compression. Try copying a single-layer movie with Decrypter (Mode->ISO Read, Mode->ISO Write) and see if that has the same problem.
I'm gonna guess that your player might not like the media you're using, or maybe even burnt media in general.
