I came across this place called "Crazy G Electronics", that has a JVC hr-s9800 for $329. Problem is, there's hardly a description, and it doesn't say anything about whether the item is new or refurbished. Of course it can't be new for that price, but I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on this merchant or this particular product. Seems like a shady site to me. Would you buy from this place?
Here's a link:

Nice, thanks for the advice.
I actually ordered a 9911 a few weeks ago from this place called "The Electronics Club" or, for some reason, "abcdeals/z". The site is at
http://store.yahoo.com/abcdealz/info.html
They sent me a confirmation email after I placed the order, which was basically a receipt, which is fine, with a link saying something like, "click here to view the status of your order". So when I click that, it takes me to my reciept on their website. No status information whatsoever, just the item and price/payment information. So I emailed them a couple of times asking what the status was, and finally I sent them an email saying that I was just going to file a customer complaint with yahoo if I didn't get a response within two days. So they responded with a simple email saying "was your credit card ever charged?". What the hell is that? I don't even think it was capitalized. What kind of business is this? I just responded saying that if it hasn't been charged yet to cancel the order, although I'm betting I'll never get a response and will have to wait a few weeks to see if I get charged or not. If not, that's fine, I'll just pretend this never happened and steer clear of online "retailers" like this.
I thought that since it's a store on Yahoo's website that they had to be legit, but apparently legit doesn't coincide with doing regular "store-like" things such as charging a customer for a placed order and then sending them the merchandise.
