Right, I have just got two monitors on my main pc. And I love it, appart for two problems ?
1. My graphics is a asus radeon 9800 xt pro with one vga and one digital out can buy something to convert the vga to digital (I do not think so but I hope there is)
2. If I maximize a program in screen 1 it fills screen 1 but not screen 2, is there away to make it fill both ?

Did you want to convert the digital to vga or the vga to digital? I run dual monitors (a 21" viewSonic and a 19" Sony flat panel) with a GeForce FX5200. I use an adapter to convert the digital to vga (costs about $10).
If you use "Extend My Desktop", maximize will only fill one screen. Haven't found a way to change that. Ok, haven't really tried. The clone feature seems pretty much worthless. Why would I want the same thing on both monitors? -
I am using viewsonics aswell, very happy with the pic.
I am only concerned in games (I play a lot of them) I would like it stretched the whole screen.
I want to convert vga to digital. My 9800xt pro has one digital out and one vga and I can see the difference (all be it very slight) between the digital and analog screen. -
And one other thing how do you get a screen saver to run on both screens ?
-
The screensaver should automatically cover both screens. The vga to dvi I don't think is as cheap or easy as dvi to vga. Been looking through google. You might try this link to start.

Are one or both of your displays DVI?
Hope this helps. -
Both are dvi, Viewsonic VP171b, cant believe how much extra it cost to get them in black (but the missus sais they had to match with all the other gear).

Ignore all previous advice!
Go get the converter, then try a program called Ultramon. There is no better way to use and control multi desktop. -
