    Hi, I recently got a Japanese cell phone that only plays video in the .noa format which is only popular in Asia. I have some great smaill clips I would like to play on my cell but its the .3gp format. Anyone know how to convert from .3gp to .noa?

    Have no experience of these codecs but you could try Hero Video Converter or Real Producer for starters..
