I took an MP4 file ceated with Nero RECODE Digital,demuxed the video(avi) and remuxed it with the original ac3 audio from the DVD. The resulting avi file plays on my computer O.K. My goal was to play it on my Philips 642. It loaded and the front panel display clicked off the seconds but there was no output,no video or audio,just a blank screen.
