    * News: Canadian ISPs should not pay royalties for file-sharing.

    In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled on Wednesday that ISPs should not be forced to pay royalties for file-sharing by their customers because the ISP is merely a conduit for the transmission of digital information.
